Mark graduated from Queen’s University’s Physiotherapy program in 2006 and brings over 15 years of experience in treating, assessing, and preventing orthopedic injuries. His expertise extends across various patient populations, from athletes to individuals dealing with chronic pain.

Mark has worked with Canada’s National Basketball program and at some of Toronto’s largest sports medicine centers. His experience also includes serving as a clinic director, where he has honed his skills in clinic operations and efficiency.

Richard Chien
Chiropractor
Dr. Richard Chien is a lifelong academic who strives to connect scientific evidence to clinical practice. His approach to care is focused on individual goals, injury prevention and comprehensive education to empower his patients.
He believes in a team-based strategy, working in partnership with other healthcare and fitness professionals as an integrated network that helps patients optimize their health.
Dr. Chien studied at McMaster University, completing the Honours BSc. of Kinesiology before moving to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College to obtain his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He has also obtained a Golf Medical Level 2 certification from the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and is currently pursuing continuing education with TPI.

Ching Yi (Fifi) is a graduate of Sutherland Chan and also a Fascial Stretch Therapist. She has experience working with a variety of neurological and orthopaedic conditions including motor vehicle rehabilitation, and sports injuries. postural dysfunction, repetitive strain and TMJD.
Fifi firmly believes that her personal experience in understanding and overcoming injury-associated pain enables her to empathize with her clients’ issues and discomfort. Leveraging her extensive knowledge and prior experience. she employs a comprehensive treatment approach that encompasses Trigger point therapy, Jointmobilization, Myofascial release, cupping, and scar tissue work. Fifi has treated a diverse clientele, spanning different age groups and impairments, and she is adept at providing care to all individuals.
She is a strong advocate for her clients’ well-being, consistently striving to enhance their quality of life. Fifi takes great pride in delivering tailored treatments that cater specifically to her clients’ unique needs. She continuously enhances her expertise through ongoing learning, ensuring that she remains up to date with the latest advancements in her field.

As a graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and holding an Honours degree in Biochemistry from the University of Toronto, Christian brings a science-informed approach to recovery, movement, and long-term physical health.
Christian works with athletes, active individuals, and clients dealing with everyday aches and injuries. He has experience providing sports massage in competitive settings, as well as supporting clients recovering from postural strain, overuse injuries, and mobility limitations.
His background in hospital and specialty clinic outreach, which includes post-surgical spine care and neurological rehabilitation, gives him a strong foundation in assessing movement restrictions and creating safe, effective treatment plans tailored to each individual.
Using deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, and joint mobilization, Christian delivers personalized, results-driven care focused on reducing pain, restoring range of motion, and helping clients move with greater confidence and ease.

Arabella Rawosh
Certified Personal Trainer & Rehabilitation Coach
Arabella is a Certified Personal Trainer and Rehabilitation Coach who specializes in guiding clients through the transition from recovery to performance. Her approach focuses on rebuilding strength, improving movement quality, and restoring confidence following injury, pain, or physical limitations.
She works with individuals at all stages — from those beginning their fitness journey to clients returning from injury or working toward higher levels of performance. Arabella integrates structured strength training with sound movement principles, emphasizing proper mechanics, progressive overload, and long-term sustainability to ensure consistent and lasting results.
Having competed in HYROX, Arabella understands the physical and mental demands of performance-based training. Her personal experience with injury and recovery has shaped her coaching philosophy, reinforcing the importance of intelligent programming, discipline, and a long-term approach to training.
